Introductions and Overview
Attendees were Jamie, Chris, Amy, Virginia, Christin, Whitney, Morgaine, Kim, and Bob White

Financials

For 2008, we've brought approximately $2260 and our goal was $1500 for the year, so we're doing well. $35.00 of the $250 budget has been spent for the annual CUUPS dues. The Masquerade ball has a separate budget, but CUUPS will still get credit for the money raised. Jamie will request another $35.00 check for 2009 CUUPS dues.

New Business

Brief safety updates were given based on recent events occurring at the church. Please be cautious if you are on the property by yourself. If you notice something strange on property, please contact a member of the church. Jamie is willing to provide her contact information if you need it. The suggestion was made to have a police presence at Masquerade, especially during ritual.

A discussion item was brought up to potentially do a spring fundraiser in March based on Interweave reconsidering their spring fundraiser. The decision was to hold off on bringing up doing anything unlil we get a definitive answer from Interweave.

In January or February we may have a concert opportunity. Chris or Jamie will contact Gloria to see if she's interested in being involved.

A CUUPS-related e-list has been created to communicate things such as CUUPS metings, additional classes, masquerade planning, and other pagan-related discussions. Visit http://www.uutampa.org and click on CUUPS for instructions on how to join.
