Jimmy was born in Iqaluit Nunavut
As an adolescent Jimmy began to write his own songs,
at age of 5 he receive his first guitar from his father began
to learn how to play it age of 16 Jimmy first perform
at coffe house and started performing in the festivals
Like toonik Tyme in Iqaluit,
Jimmy is also well known for his Elvis Presley
impersonation useing his own first language
inuktitut and with his own songs he even have
seal skin outfit of his own
