Applicant's home residence must be in our local jurisdiction: Genessee, Ingham, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw and Wayne counties.
Students whose home residences are near but not actually in any of those counties may be considered on an individual basis.
Students must be enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for the complete 2002/2003 academic year.
Students must be either incoming freshmen (current high school seniors), transfer students to the UW-Madison, or continuing students at the UW-Madison with at least one year of education remaining.
Minimum 3.0 high school G.P.A. (incoming freshmen).
Minumum 3.0 high school G.P.A. and 2.5 college transfer or UW-Madison G.P.A. (transfer students and continuing UW-Madison students).
