Objectives:

biorhythm and give practical workshops to demonstrate how these
    concepts work internally.
3. to establish a new outlook and bring about awareness on health related issues including the
    internal and external environmental  role in upsetting the
homeostatic balance.

natural way of living.
5. to instill deep respect and appreciation for the human body as a rare gift and a tool to lead our

The classes have two main intermingled courses involving:

· Introduction to human body-a scientific wonder-health trivia
· The hierarchy concept- atom, molecule, cell, tissue, organ, system and organism; microcosmic in relation the  
  macrocosmic existence
· The nervous system- -electricity, charges and circuits
· The Immune system- the sewage system in relation to blood circulation
· The respiratory system- mechanism of breathing
· The gastrointestinal system- digestion, assimilation and absorption-‘colon’ the culprit
· Introduction to brain, mind, intelligence and consciousness, -brain waves and left- right brain functions, awareness    
  merging
· The 5 sense organs – the sensitivity, input/output processor
· Body- Mind-Sense relation-computer analogy-dynamic mind mechanism
· How Nature cures?-dis-ease, cell repair, sleep, rejuvenation
· Introduction to energy –concepts, different modes of existence, creating the balance-holistic care, 
· The biorhythms- physical, mental, emotional and intuitional attributes
· Diet and Nutrition-simple diet, acid and alkaline concepts, loosing or gaining weight, role of diet in shaping our      
  mind
· Psychosomatic disorders-origin and management of stress and addiction (smoking, alcohol)
· Human reproduction- towards producing a better generation, pregnancy fertilization, embryology and genetics,
  parenting skills

Practical workshops:

· Warm up and Stretching exercises-giving a wake up call to the cells
· Vibrational calisthenics-enhance dynamic flow of bodily fluids and energy as well as releasing nervous tension and  
  mental strain.
· Posturecise- various hormone releasing postures to maintain the internal biochemistry.(adapted from various sources;
  Yoga and Tai Chi)
· Arthrotheraphy-loosening up the joints
· Breathing exercises- configure a scintillating respiratory pattern (in relation to vocalization/recitation)
· Left- right Brain synchronization- creating hemispherical balance
· Superconscious sleep-recharging the life-battery and promoting self-healing
