Dana Lewis is a Martial Arts expert that’s always looking for a new challenge. That drive has brought the Tampa Bay native to the rings of the UWE. One of the first graduates of the UWE Madhouse, Lewis found paying her dues was a difficult task without a little guidance. To that end, she signed on manager Gillian S. Luger.
Luger, already manager of another UWE Madhouse graduate in Veronica James, looked to put them both on the singles path, but one night in Louisville, Kentucky, a team no-showed and the promoter needed a tag team to fill the card. Luger offered up the idea to Dana and Veronica and they accepted. While not polished, they showed flashes of brilliance and good chemistry. They’ve been a team ever since.
With the town they first teamed in mind, Luger christened her team “The Starlight Express” and her team of “Diva” Dana and “Vivacious” Veronica have began to become a well-oiled machine. Returning to UWE for it’s first show, as if fate itself intervened again, The Starlights clashed with one team in the locker room and found their rivals in the form of “The Rising Sun Express.” Harkening fans to the days long past, the Starlights and Rising Suns look to set the rings of the UWE on fire.
• MAYAWASHI LEG KICK: this is a rather standard superkick, but Lewis’ Martial Arts experience makes the blow more devastating than normal.
• DOUBLE GOOZLE: this double-team move hits the opponent high and low at the same time, with Lewis hitting the opponent with the MAYAWASHI LEG KICK as her partner, usually Veronica James, clips the opponent from behind.
