That's right! Chicago is
hosting
this year's national tournament. Below are the teams that have
signed up to play: Chicago - 3 Club Puck - 2 Champaign Cape cod Minnesota Roger Bacon HS - Cincinnati - 1 or 2 Dallas/Denver/DC - 2 Seattle Charleston MSU - Michigan State U Connecticut Florida - 2 Play will take place in the pool of the Sports Complex at Northeastern Illinois University. The pool will be divided into two play areas separated by a wall. Play begins on Friday June 25 at 3PM and ends on Sunday June 27 at 6PM. The banquet is Sunday night after play at the host hotel - link to the left. The host hotel will be the Holiday Inn ‘Holidome’ in Skokie, IL at 5300 W. Touhy with rooms at $79 per night plus tax. Call 1-847-763-3009 and let them know you are with the Underwater Hockey Tournament. Group Rates were only guaranteed until June 04 but they will still give you the rate IF they have a room available - SO CALL NOW. The team fee will be $850 for a team of up to 10 players and will include pool side snacks and your Sunday night banquet ticket. Additional players will be $85 pp. Since time is running short, get your teams organized and send in your entry fees with the team roster to Maria de Caussin. The deadline to get your team entry fee into her hands is Wednesday June 9, 2004. The penalty for late entry fees received after this date…$1000 per team of 10.
