Young Actor Haley Osment is one of the most versatile and gifted actors ever, regardless of age. It's amazing to see him in an interview, being a happy, normal, yet extraordinarily bright kid, and then see him play a character like Cole in The Sixth Sense. It's very easy to forget that they're the same person. His Sixth Sense costar Bruce Willis describes Haley as "The most amazing child actor I've ever seen," and adds that "I rank this kid up there with the best adult actors I've worked with over the years." And although people are only recently taking notice of how talented Haley is, he's been doing consistently good work throughout his career. He's developed some great comedy skills through working on the tv series Thunder Alley, The Jeff Foxworthy Show, and Murphy Brown, and he showed just how great he is at comedy in his guest spot on Ally McBeal last year. Want some great examples of his dramatic ability? Haley shines in his episodes of Walker, Texas Ranger and carried the movie Bogus on his small shoulders way back when he was only six or seven. Haley's work up until The Sixth Sense never commanded much attention, but his Oscar, Golden Globe, and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations this year prove that he's finally being appreciated.
