- A player may choose to fortify an area, if he chooses to do this it counts as a move. In battles fought over a fortified area the owning player will gain the following defensive equipment: D3+3 sectoins of razor wire (difficult terrain for troops), D3+3 tank traps (impassable to tanks) D3+3 Minefields, and some bunkers or fortifications which give a 3+ cover save. However the player may not move in to adjacent area to that of a fortified area, unless he owns another area that is also adacent to the area he wishes to move into. A a fortified area will be marked with a black dot on the map. - NEW - when an attacking player looses a battle, he may not choose to attack the same section in the next campign turn. |
