Healthy Ana Eating Tips
Heres some tips Ive compiled myself for HEALTHY yet Ana eating:



1. Before eating anything, drink a huge glass of water, you wont feel the need to eat as much

2. Warm drinks help with hunger pains. Its ok to drink fully skimmed milk with tea/coffee. The calories in skimmed milk are almost negligible and you need calcium to stay healthy

3. If you are really craving fatty foods, imagine how hard you will have to work to expend those calories and all that fat. Is it really worth it now?

4. Breakfast is a great metabolism booster, try and force yourself to have something high protein and low fat.

5.  Coffee helps with fat burning!! And its so much cheaper than diet pills!!

6. Always take a vitamin tablet in the morning. Nutrient deficiency can lead to cravings for certain foods

7. Try not to eat very salty things, even if you are craving them. The salt will lead you to crave sweet things later

8. Use copious amounts of chili/hot sauce(so long as its low cal). Spices raise your metabolism, and its amazing how much more interesting raw veggies become when they are dipped in chili.

9. Get away from that darn kitchen!! If you find yourself gravitating towards the fridge, stop and go and do something else, then hopefully you will forget that you wanted to eat!

10. Clean the house. Hoovering/vacuuming burns lots of calories. Even better, clean something really dirty like the sink or the toilet. Trust me you will be less likely to eat afterwards.
