The Louisville Veterans Affairs Medical Center Police Department employes 14 Federal Police Officers.

Our officers have extensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The officers go through a rigerous 5 week training program. Our Officers also in addition to the 5 week training MUST have 2 years prior experence in Law enforcement to be able to apply as a Police Officer.
