Candlelight Tribute 1999


On what was probably the hottest day of Vancouver's Summer for 1999, hundreds of veterans, cadets, dignitaries, adults, and youth made their way to North Vancouver cemetery for the 1999 Candlelight Tribute.
Many dignitaries spoke that afternoon including the Parliamentary Secretery for Veterans Affairs Canada, Mr. Bob Wood, and the Consul General for France, Mr. Michel Dejagher, both of whom gave very moving and heartfelt speeches about why we must and will always Remember.
