The plan is now to trade one patch per state, then fill in with the different councils. So, check the list below and see if your state is listed. If so, that means I do not have any councils from your state represented. E-mail me to see if I have any patches available to trade, then we will confirm the trade and exchange address (leaders of course).
If your state is not listed, you may want to check with me to see if I need your council. If I have a few patches on hand - we might be able to work something out.
