Let's play with the Meshes Part 2
Thanks to FEUERBARDE from World Of Gothic Forum
This is another tutorial based on compiledMeshes.pak in GothicIII Data folder. Using Marvin Mode we'll built our own landscape. In the copmiledMeshes.pak, if you use G3Paker you'll see the names of G3 Objects, Buildings etc. Using Marvin Mode you'll be able to add those things in your game. But not all of the objects in copmiledMeshes work with Marvin. That's why i give you a list Feuerbarde wrote in the German World of Gothic Forum |
||||||||||||||||||||||
Step 1:Open the Marvin Mode (-enable it if you haven't yet) Step 2:Insert one of the following spawn commands |

Quoted Feuerbarde (without the explanation + translated from German by me!) |

If you insert objects you should pay attention, particularly with larger objects or houses that should be spawned in a straight surface, otherwise the evenly specified will float partially in air or sink in the desert sand. Decorations objects and houses are not moveable nor delete neither, the "Clear" command for the console delete only the history of the instructions implemented so far, where we can access the instructions we've typed before. This access is possible by pressing of ? and/or ? in the console. Many buildings also may have other objects in it,e.g. beds and Alchmieti. These are recognizable by the contraction "G3_Object_Interact _". thanks to our Marvin specialists Tim and on-The-Fly, Feuerbarde Quote End |
