The Founder of Sahaja Yoga
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
Sahajayoga changed my life
It has been five years since I am practicing Sahajayoga. Now when I look back I feel Sahajayoga has given some essence to my life. It taught me the power of love & human values.

Sahajayoga.has helped me in all fields of work. I still remember, as a student how frustrated I used to be because of my poor grades. Till my eighth standard, I used to be a very poor student. It was after Sahajayoga that a complete transformation took place in me. A year’s practice of Sahajayoga brought me among the toppers of my school. I secured 94% in my tenth standard board exams. After that there was no looking back. I got many scholarships (including NTSE), got selected in all Olympiads (Maths, Physics & Chemistry) till national level, again secured 92% in my twelfth board exams and finally got selected in one of India’s premiere institutes : IIT Delhi. The entrance exam for IITs (JEE) is considered the toughest and I secure 148 rank out of more than hundred thousands (1 lakh) who appeared.

All this is not a miracle; rather it’s all scientific. In ancient Indian scriptures there is a lot of text on the science of the subtle body i.e. subtle energy centers (charkas) of our body. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi has named this science as Sahajayoga and has brought it to the masses. Millions of people the world over are enjoying the benefits of Sahajayoga.

How Sahajayoga is beneficial for students?
According to this ancient Indian science there are seven energy centers in our body, which govern our emotional, physical & mental state. Also all these centers have a special attribute. Like the first center (Mooladhar chakra: manifested as Pelvic plexus in the gross) gives us memory. A person with a strong first center has a very solid memory. Similarly the second center (Swadhistan: Aortic plexus) gives us creativity, pure attention and power of concentration. A good attention & better concentrating power improves our grasping power. A student with a strong second center will be able to grasp much more in less time than his other co-students may do in much more amount of time. Also they are usually very artistic. Similarly third gives us satisfaction, fourth confidence, fifth dynamism, etc. (for more details :What is Sahaja Yoga? )

Having experienced the enormous benefits of Sahajayoga, I request you all to try it out atleast once. I assure you that it will change your life completely and you will feel its benefits in all walks of your life.
