Most notably, I had to make a complete lateral cut to mimic an actual skull. While the prosthetic was fairly flexible, the client wanted a full range of speech.
The resulting 1/2" gap was stippled with latex, and filled in with matching make-up colors.
Additional shading was added to the piece to provide further dimension.
