Corned Beef Casserole

~~ This casserole was my favorite growing up. I would ask for plate full after plate full and would be told I'd had enough. Now, as a married woman, there's no one to cut me off! ~~


1 (8 oz) package wide noodles, cooked and drained

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cups milk

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 can corned beef

1/4 lb. colby cheese, cubed

buttered bread crumbs


1. In large casserole bowl, mix soup and milk until smooth with a whisk. Blend in onion, cheese, and corned beef until mixed.Incorporate noodles and top with buttered bread crumbs.


2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
