Mexican Pizza

~~ This is always a crowd pleaser with it's cornmeal crust.~~


Crust:

1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

1/2 cup water


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


2. Mix all ingredients together until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 20 strokes. Pat dough into 9in round cake pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

3. Top with:
refried beans
taco meat
mushrooms
shredded cheese.


4. Bake another 10 minutes. Serve topped with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Have taco sauce, salsa and sour cream available as well to complete the dish.

******Other great additions are Spanish rice and black olives. Tweak the recipe to fit your tastes.
