Sour Cream Pear Buckle

~~ This is a simple, but satisfying end to a meal.~~


1 package yellow cake mix

4 Tbs. butter, melted

2 eggs

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 large can pears

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 tsp. cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13x9in pan.


2. In medium bowl, mix cake mix, butter, eggs and cinnamon. Press into bottom of pan.


3. Drain pears and place over crust.


4. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pears.


5. Combine the following:
1 cup sour cream,
1 egg,
1 tsp. vanilla.

Drizzle over the top.


6. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
