![]() ~~ I drool even thinking about these rich, nutty tarts. They find themselves a part of our annual Christmas cookie bake-off many years. ~~
Crust:
1 cup margarine, softened
2 cups sifted flour
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbs. margarine, melted
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
dash salt
3. Shape chilled dough into balls and press into ungreased mini-muffin tins.
