![]() ~~ A heavenly way to wow your company with seafood topped chicken covered with a creamy sauce.~~
In saucepan, melt 3 Tbs. butter. With a fork, blend in 1/4 cup flour. Stir in 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup chicken broth. Bring to a boil, stirring. Sauce will become thick. Remove from heat.
In skillet, saute 1/4 cup chopped onion in 1 Tbs. chicken broth. Add 2 cups chopped imatation crab, 1 cup diced mushrooms, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 4 Tbs. of sauce. Mix thoroughly until moist.
Flatten four boneless chicken breasts until 1/2 inch thick. Place in a shallow 9x13 pan. Top each with seafood mixture, dividing it over the four. Cover with sauce. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika to serve.
