   3      pounds        boned and skinned chicken breast halves
					
                        --SEASONED FLOUR--
     1/4  cup           all-purpose flour
                        Salt and pepper
                        Garlic powder
					
     1/2  teaspoon      garlic powder
  14      ounces        tomato sauce
   1      medium        onion -- chopped
  28      ounces        stewed tomatoes -- broken up
   1      cup           water
   1                    bay leaf
     1/2  teaspoon      oregano
                        Salt and pepper -- to taste
     1/2  cup           cooking sherry

Coat chicken with seasoned flour; set aside.  Blend remaining ingredients
into a casserole dish large enough to hold sauce along with chicken. Add
chicken, turning to coat with sauce. Bake at 350°F. for about 1 hour,
basting occasionally until tender and juices run clear. Serve on rice or
