                              Low-Fat Gravy

   2                    bouillon cubes or packages
                        - chicken or beef
   2      cups          water -- or
                        - milk
   4      tablespoons   flour
   2      dashes        salt and pepper -- to taste

In skillet, using a whisk, combine oxo and flour.  Add a little of the water, stirring to blend and eliminate any lumps.  Turn burner to medium heat.  Add more milk as needed, stirring constantly, until all water is used.  Keep stirring constantly, until gravy is at desired thickness.  Makes 2 cups.  Recipe can be halved.
