   1       -            9" pie shell
   3                    eggs
     1/2  cup           granulated sugar
     1/2  cup           firmly packed brown sugar
   1      tablespoon    flour
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/2  teaspoon      nutmeg
     1/2  teaspoon      allspice
   1      teaspoon      cinnamon
   1 1/2  cups          pumpkin -- cooked or canned
   1 1/2  cups          skim milk -- heated

Fit pastry into a 9" pie pan.  Beat eggs slightly.  Blend in sugars, flour,
salt, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon. Add pumpkin and mix well. Gradually
add milk. Turn into pastry-lined pan. Bake at 450°F. for 10 minutes, then
at 350°F. for 40 to 50 minutes or until a silver knife inserted about
