                          Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

   2      cups          pumpkin seeds
                        - pulled off strands but not washed
   1 1/2  tablespoons   oil
   1 1/2  tablespoons   salt

Mix all ingredients and put on cookie sheet.  Bake at 250°F. for 45 to 60
