Salmon Quiche

1 can flaked salmon -- liquid reserved
2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1 dash pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup lowfat Cheddar cheese -- cubed
1 small onion -- chopped
1/2 cup broccoli -- finely chopped
1 - 9" pie shell -- brushed w/egg white
Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt, pepper and reserved salmon liquid. Sprinkle
half of cheese and half of onion in pie shell. Arrange broccoli and salmon
flakes over; top with remaining cheese and onion. Pour egg mixture over
top. Bake at 350°F. for 40 to 45 minutes.
