   4      cups          extra lean ground beef -- cooked
   3      cups          mixed vegetables -- cooked
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/8  teaspoon      pepper
     1/2  teaspoon      thyme
   2      cups          boiled potatoes -- mashed
					
                        --LOW-FAT GRAVY--
   1      packet        beef bouillon granules
   2      tablespoons   all-purpose flour
   1      cup           water
                        Salt and pepper -- to taste
					

In a 2 1/2-quart casserole combine meat, gravy, vegetables, salt,  pepper
and thyme. Spoon the potato mixture around the edge of the casserole.
Bake 20 minutes, until mixture is hot and potatoes are brown. LOW-FAT GRAVY: Make by using "white sauce" method in nonstick pan.
