                       Swiss Steak With Vegetables

   2      tablespoons   water
   1      pound         lean stewing beef -- in bite-size pieces
   2      tablespoons   flour
  20      ounces        condensed tomato soup -- undiluted
  10      ounces        soup can of water
   6      whole         new potatoes -- in bite-size pieces
   6                    carrots -- julienned
   1      cup           frozen peas
   1 1/2  teaspoons     salt
   2      dashes        pepper

Over medium-high heat, heat large nonstick saucepan.  Add beef and
sprinkle over flour. Add water, as needed, to prevent burning. When all meat is nicely browned, move to Dutch oven. Add soup and water,
potatoes and carrots. Cover; simmer about 2 hours. Add frozen peas, and cook for 15 minutes longer. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per serving: 442 Calories; 17g Fat (35% calories from fat); 27g Protein;
