Val's Quick Veggie Pasta Sauce Vegetable oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 large zucchini, chopped 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped 680 mL tomato sauce Salt and pepper Dried basil 1 tablespoon sugar Cooked spaghetti In nonstick skillet, cook onions, mushrooms and zucchini in small amount of oil until softened. Add
in salt and pepper to taste, and dried basil. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Recipe takes about 20 minutes in total.
