The Baltic Branch of
International
Academy of Noosphere
(Sustainable Development)
The Baltic Branch has been formed in 1995 on the basis of the Tallinn Research Group headed by academician V. Z. Aladjev. The Baltic Branch has obtained the international
recognition, first of all, owing to works in the field of the mathematical
theory of Homogeneous
Structures (Cellular Automata) and their applications in mathematics,
cybernetics, physics, mathematical development biology etc. With our results in
the given field of natural sciences it is possible to familiarize oneself more
in details here
whereas with brief excursion into the historical domain and with the basic
directions of the current activity of the Baltic Branch here.
Along with works of academic character, the serious researches of applied
character in such fields as computer science, systems
of computer algebra,
cellular
automata, theory of general statistics etc. (whose results are reflected in a lot of
monographs, textbooks, books and articles for scientific forums of a various
level) were
being carried out and are being carried out. Monographs, textbooks and books
published by members of the Baltic Branch in
At the same time, the expanding front of researches in such directions as mathematical theory of homogeneous
structures
(cellular automata), computer science, systems
of computer algebra
and global
problems of sustainable development put a rather urgent question of additional financing. In
this connection, a sponsor cooperation would be very essential help in decision
of the given question for participation in which are invited as separate
scientists, researchers and experts, and the corresponding organizations and
Universities. Sponsors receive both the co-authorship in
monographs, textbooks, books and in periodicals published by the Baltic Branch, and the priority right of election to
the Academy with awarding of the academic ranks
(Honorary member, Full member and corresponding member).
