Residential Doctors of the Valbresge Bacta Municipal

Sia This is Dr. Assia Lars, head of all operations within VBM and major investor.

Astred Astred served the Alliance as a Commander of a medical corps stationed on Kirtania. When the Alliance became the New Republic, his job was pretty much ended. The Medical Corps became some other entity and he wasn't sure he could fit in. So, he did several internships with other facilities until he got to the newly formed VBM. He liked his internship there so much, he asked to be hired on as a Residential Doctor. Assia agreed and they signed a ten-year contract for his residential term.

Bendics This physician was based on Cloud City, in orbit around Bespin, during the height of the New Order. When Darth Vader took over and the newest young man who owned Cloud City ordered the evac, Bendics Clems found himself a circuit physician. He did small healing tasks from planet to planet, ship to ship for years in order to make enough money or trade to survive. His wife had left him years ago and he couldn't stay with her, so he was forced to attempt to survive the galactic war alone and on the move. Finally, he got to Thyferra, hoping to find some peace there, but the whole Bacta issue with Isard made him uncomfortable. He didn't have the credits to leave again, but a nice gentlemen by the name of Terrance Lars invited him into his home. Terrance's wife seemed to suffer from hyper anxiety, so Bendics paid for his stay by personally overlooking the younger woman's health. Terrance was pleased and Bendics stayed on as a personal physician. But, soon, Terrance's health deteriorated due to heartbreak over his daughter's unwillingness to return home. Bendics soon found himself working to save this man who helped him for many years. When Terrance passed away, the daughter returned and established several things with great skill in business. He was impressed. The young woman reminded Bendics of Terrance, and offered to stay on as Andora's personal physician, but Assia had better ideas. She said her mother could be a part-time thing for him for which he'll be paid, but she knew he would be better off in a better position. Then she offered him a position at the new Valbresge Bacta Municipal she formed. He hasn't been in an actually medical facility in over a decade and the feeling of doing so again felt right. He accepted and looks forward to working for VBM until he needs a personal physician.
