Hisoka had a terrible childhood. When his parents found out that he was an empath they believed him to be an embrarrassment so they locked him in a cage in their basement.
Being an empath means that he can sense peoples emotions just by touching them or being near them. When Tsuzuki got mad and raised his voice to Hisoka he felt as if he was punched in the face.
Because of this he has secluded himself from other people.
He is Tsuzuki's new partner, at first they didn't get along but they soon become good friends or maybe even more.
