Several of the monsters Shadow Ruled Devastation had their own Story built in originally. I took all these out except for "Angel Mistress". But I've realized, is that a little background in some of our cards we play/don't couldn't hurt. So I've placed all the original Storyline/Descriptions of the SRD monsters and put them here. However some cards didn't have their own Storyline/background originally, they started out with those effects. Likewise, not all cards with effects didn't have a storyline behind them to begin with.

Fire Imp: SRD-002: An Imp who should have been burned to death. Instead the Imp absorbed and become one with the element of Fire.

Frost Blade Warrior: SRD-003: A warrior who trained in a frozen glacier all of his life.

Shadow Devil Dragon: SRD-004: A demonic dragon whose existence was devised by the very shadows themselves.

Sand Cruiser: SRD-006: A Speedy cruiser that flies past everything as it speeds through wastelands with all it's effort.

Cloaked Messenger: SRD-008: A messenger of the King, he stands behind his enemy as he delivers the message of Death.

Aged Guard of Magic: SRD-009: An old magician of earth magic. He used to be one of the greatest magicians around, but now he only waits for his end.

Cyber Solider: SRD-013: A warrior lost in cyberspace, who eventually learned to unite with technology and emerge back in the real world.

Demon of the Ecplise: SRD-014: A demon born when the moon ecplied the sun as a meteor struck down a great demon. This being stands empowered by both Light And Darkness.

Flesh Grabber: SRD-015: A demon who claws at the living, hoping to rip off some flesh to devour to keep itself alive.

Twin-Headed Troll: SRD-018:Two Trolls who were cursed to be fused together by the last spell of a sorcerer they stepped on. The heads often disagree, making their movement sloppy.

Balengoth - Knight of Truth: SRD-022: A warrior who swore his life to defeating evil after his family had their lives stolen by Vegalik's clan. He searchs for Vegalik day and night, so that one day he may finish their battle and have his revenge.

Vegalik - Demon Sword Master: SRD-023: The Demon who took Balengoth's family to the grave. He now hunts the last member of the family to finish the tragedy.

Nightmare Master: SRD-024: The maker and former Master of Nightmares. His dark mind can give fear to some, and anger to others.

Ariva - Angel of Sorrows: SRD-026: Often teased and ignored by most other creatures, this poor angel has been the victim of a constant sorrow.

Power Rusher: SRD-027: A warrior trapped in cursed armor by a dark mage. He once valued great defensive moves. But now,His attacks are far too open, and he feels horrible ashamed that he cannot control the armor and his own body now.

Demon Lion: SRD-031: A lion who was once the slowest and weakest in his pack. The lion sold it's soul to become more powerful than the pack leader. In the end, he was forced to slaughter his own pack when they turned against his demonic scent.

Headless Troll: SRD-035: A Troll whose arrogance forced him to challenge a warrior, and lost his head as a result, yet somehow survived. He now seeks revenge against the warrior, he will never know he has already killed the warrior one of the times he's tripped and fallen over.

Orion Buster: SRD-037: This machine is the victim of a timed bomb. When it finally turns on, it will explode and destroy the town it's in. It will never realise it's true purpose.

Divine Angel - Eye Cream: SRD-040: Vanilla's love for her sister was strong enough that they merged together so Choco could finally return to the heavens in some way or another.

Blessed Angel - Vanilla: SRD-041: An angel whose power and feelings are driven by good intention. She seeks to one day be reunited with her sister.

Fallen Angel - Choco: SRD-042: An angel whose ideas and thoughts amde her cast out from the heavens. She seeks to one day be reunited with her sister.

River Sprite: SRD-072: A sprite whose existance is one of deep blue nature.

Chain Mistress of the Wind: SRD-073: A Mistress who spent her entire life learning how to control winds and turn them into solid chains. Her mastery of her weapons leaves many of her opponents "in a tight bind".

Cheerful Angel - Strawberry: SRD-074: An angel whose love of all things is boundless and cannot be destroyed. Despite her sister's feelings, she holds love for her, and for all creation.

Demonic Angel - Blueberry: SRD-075: An angel who enjoys watching destruction, whatever it may be. Shes does atleast, hold SOME love for her sister.

Somi - Lady of the Cross: SRD-080: With a strong will, she preachs the gospel to all who will hear it. And attempts to purify the souls that are victim to "dark" or "demonic" powers.

Harvest Angel - Phruit Cake: SRD-084: On the day that Strawberry and Blueberry stood together, despite feelings, for the greater good, their souls merged together. Blueberry's demented side is more present, but Phruit Cake also harbors Strawberry's love for all creation.

At this point I decided to stop making normal monsters and the rest of the cards were giving effects. Good day to you, and good luck!
