| Rules Minimun Stay: There is a one week (7 day) minimum stay required. Preferred guests: Mature adults - Children welcome Damage/Security Deposit: A fully refundable deposit of $300. Any damaged caused to the condo will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be returned to you 30 days in full after your occupancy if no damage or telephone charges have been incurred. You will recieve a refund if damages or telephone usage has not exceeded the amount of the deposit. Smoking: This is a NO SMOKING CONDO. We do not allow smoking in the condo or deck. No Exceptions. Pets: Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Payment: To reserve you must send a 25% of the stay plus the damage deposit 45 days prior to your usage. Usage payment with deposit must be paid 30 days prior to occupancy remitted by cashiers check or money order. You may also call us and charge your stay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs during the time the we have received the damage/ security deposit and condo usage deposit but prior to receiving the condo usage payment your deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation occurs after we have recieved the damage deposit and the condo usage payment, the condo usage payment will be forfeited but the damage deposit will be returned. |
