Walking along a wide path into the trees, you are greeted by a cheerful dark-haired lad of about 19 turns. "I'm Conordi." he says, and then gestures around. "Don't you just love these southern areas? There are so many trees, and the plants grow ever so much bigger here than they do in the north." Conordi grins, and continues to talk as he examines a small plant at the base of a tree. "I'm a Journeyman Healer," he explains. "My uncle is holder of Vallen's cove, and he asked the Masterhealer that I be posted here. I'm so glad Master Ekol agreed." Stepping off the path into a mid-sized clearing, you spot the tan hut with the purple roof. "Before you even ask, yes, that is my home. I liked the clearing best, and when the searchrider came and said I might be acceptable as a candidate at Sapphire Weyr, I knew that this is where I needed to be. Dragon or no dragon, it's a beautiful spot. There are lots of hollows like this around Vallen's Cove." Conordi grins at you, as if he thinks he knows why. "I'm off to gather some special herbs, would you like to join me?" Shaking your head, you turn back to the path.
