These are primarily forest creatures. Brownies, unlike their pixie cousins have no wings. They are small little creatures with pointed ears and human features. They are no bigger than a foot. They cannot travel long distances, which is why they hardly travel outside their home area. They normally will never wander far from the place they were born. Adorned with brown tattoos and woodland materials they dress themselves in mice animal skins and bark and such. They are collective creatures, somewhat like pack rats. They love playing games, especially on wandering humans who do not know of their presence.
The Brownie is friendly and fun loving to anyone and anything which treats the forest with the same respect that they endulge in it. But, they are also ignorant to manners, which somewhat puts them in a different view, when it comes to some of the more arrogent and pure animals of the forest. Though, the Brownie never intends to hurt whilst making fun of other races they sometimes can due to their lack of knowledge in manners. The Brownie's are excellent at blending into the woods. Due to the fact that they adorn themselves in the woodland creations they are practically invisible to the naked eye. |
