Wretched little creatures of the Valley they should have first been invited into the swamp but the storm of little imps had moved further up into the mountains away from the other creatures, which made them hardly an effort to bring down.  They are approximently three feet tall with leathery wings and sometimes with horns protruding from their heads.  Their skin can range in colors, some have said it to be black or red.  They are said to be a cross between a demon and a fairie.  They come from the farthest reaches of hell.  They are hardly graceful and manage to stir up trouble in all places possible.  Though they are said to come from Hell they are not exactly evil.  They do crave trouble though and manage to get into it as often as possible.  Though if they are to be tamed they can be quite helpful to their Masters or Mistresses.  Somewhat ignorant of manners and elegance they tend to shudder away from such things, which makes them so troublesome.  They can be quite intelligent, which is why most people when they manage to train and tame the imp they are able to have quite an obedient intellect on their hands.
