(before 5-17-03 clean up)The Cherry street pipe that carries Chester creek down from Ft. Richardson. That blue cooler was noticed in that pipe in spring and remains still despite requests to unlock the grating so the pipe could be cleaned out and despite requests that the MOA clean out the pipe. |
