This photo was mailed by Izetta Wilson to Joe & Gless Wilson of the new water tower constructed in 1952 in Valley View. The Wilson's were stationed in Guam at the time. They were informed there were many water breaks in town due to the increase in water pressure.
The water works was owned by Jimmie Joy Nichols.
