Newton The corner of LEE & REAVIS.  (Two of the founding families of Valley View.) These are named for the families of L.W. and Mary Ann Lee  & Joseph and Emily Reavis. All four streets around the town square are name for founding families. Northeast corner:  REAVIS & McCUBBIN The family of Richard and Mary Jane McCubbin. Southeast corner:  McCUBBIN & OBUCH The family of William and Augustine Obuch Southwest corner:  OBUCH & LEE
