This view was taken per my request.  It duplicates an aerial view of Valley View taken in August, 1948.  The picture is shown in a special edition of the Gainesville Daily Register.  A Cooke County Centennial Edition for our county being 100 years old.  [NLN]

A great view of the south side.  Old Valley View National Bank building, current JP-Office, vacant building , City Hall, and Old Post Office building which now houses Wilhite Land Surveying.  Also the new town square showing the 20X30 ft. slab donated by Kelley Ready-Mix of Valley View.
