4th semester: Simultaneous Interpreting (Oral Translation)
with headset equipment - conference, written and ad-lib
speeches and addresses, narratives, foreign travel accounts

Attended the International Symposium on Pragmatic Aspects of Translation October 14 -15, 1996 in Riga.


Actively participated in several guest workshops given by

Donald C. Kiraly and V. Srinivasan of Germersheim (Johannes Gutenberg University, Germany) and Jeremy Verrinder (Westminster University, UK).
