So, I got in an accident . . .
. . .  and it was my fault (technically). She filed a claim, which is in a way funny due to the fact that there was no damage done to her car. What I think she is trying to claim I did is these 4 or 5 scratches. 3 or 4 (I don't remember) white scratches, and one red one. I don't know how my black and shiny metal bumper could have made either red or white scratches on a tan plastic bumper (the plastic is actually tan, not painted). Oh, and there is another funny little caveot to the scratch claim . . . they are on the underside of her bumper (this is a early to mid 90s Lexus es300), an interseting place for my 1 1/2' high Plymoth Voyager (van) to scratch, especially when the further-most, lowest, point on my bumper is still a minimum of 1' off the ground while the scratches are on the in-underside of the bumper    here, lemme draw you a picture     So I would've had to lift the backside of the c ar up off the grund to make them not too likely seeing as how I was going hardly over 1mph. Well, nonetheless, al I can really hope for is that the claims adjuster looks at the facts.
