The house was build in 1988 on a plot of 400m� and the builded area is 160 m� only groundfloor.
- The house has a living room (Aircondition), connected with the good equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washingmachine, etc..
- There are 3 sleepingrooms, one with a bathroom (shower) en-suite and
futher there is another bathroom (bath).
2 of the sleeping rooms have a double-bed and 1 has twin-beds.
- There is cable television
There are several terraces and also a barbecueplace.
Outside you find the pool ( 7 m X 3,2 m )in summer when it is getting hot a real pleasure.
