Hanging lifeless upon the wall
Scarcely any color left in these faded posters
Yet we sit and stare at these masterpieces and the bare walls stained yellow with years
We stare and watch them as if they are one of the most interesting movies we have ever seen
Like A Clockwork Orange or Suburbia
But they're not
And still these faded posters emanate a beautiful rainbow of colors undulating as if they were alive and telling a story
We sit chain-smoking like there was no tomorrow
Just to let the tar-filled smoke pour into our black lungs and to let the toxins permeate every cells of our bodies
Not caring if we die...
Not caring about anything except the wall filled with too many colors, too many feelings, and NO purpose at all...
