Here are 3 books that I have been studying recently.  The Book of Spells by Nicola de Pulford
The Book of Spells II by Marian Green.
The Complete Book of Spells, Ceremonies & Magic by Migene Gonzalez-Wippler
These books can be found on Amazon, Barnes and Nobel, and at any major book store.
I found the The Book of Spells II here in Holland, The translation was Meer Magie by Marian Green.  So, I am assuming that they are translated into many languages.
Spinning in a lover
An old English spell to attract a special lover
From The Book of Spells
You will need
A pink candle
A cocktail stick
A strip of paper
Red, green, and white ribbons
A Length of spindle wood
Traditionally, the wood of the spindle (euonymus europaeus) was used to spin wool, mostly by unmarried girls known as "spinsters."  A round stone with a whole in the middle was fitted over the end of the spindle to keep it turning, and so grew its association with the male and female. If you cannot obtain spindle, willow will work just as well, or buy a ready-made spindle.  To attract a special loverm carry out this spell on a Friday, the day sacred to Venus, goddess of love, and on a waxing moon for maximum power.
Method
To Attract your ideal partner, start tis spell on a moonlit Friday evening.  Picture his or her physical and spiritual being in your mind's eye, and attach a magical name to him or her.  Inscribe this name on the side of the candle using the cocktail stick.  On a narrow strip of paper, write your name down, then braid the ribbons around the paper, keeping your ideal partner in your mind's eye all the while.  Take the braided ribbons, candle, and spindle to the moonlight, asking Venus to bless them.  Set the candle down and light it.  Concentrate on its glow and picture yourself hand-in-hand with your love new.  Wind the braided ribbons around the spindle in ta clockwise direction as you watch the candle melt your lover's name.  Seal each end of the ribbon to the spindle with melted wax.  Keep  the spindle close to you when you go to bed.  Unbraid the ribbons the following day to free the spell and bring love to your side.
Walking the Hidden Paths
In order for any spell to work, the spellcaster must be able to connect to the magical world.  This connection can only be made when inner stillness is achieved.
From the Book of Spells II
You will need
An incense stick
A candle
Paper and a pen
Witches and Spellcasters accept the existence of "otherworlds," and know that these are the places where magic dwells.  Witht the help of simple mental exercises, you can open up your mind and increase your sensitivity to these places.  Such exercises require focus, patience, and practice, but they are necessary for most people who wish to connect to the magical world.  here is a simple exercise to put you in a magical state of mind.
Method
Make sure that you won't be disturbed for about thirty minutes.  Light an incense stick and a candle, and sit upright in a chair, with your feet flat on the floor.  Imagine the scent and light of the incense stick and candle enfolding you in silence
and protection, forming an invisible sacred circle around you.  Close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply, concentrate on breathing as you breathe in.  Imagine yourself in your favorite outdoor location, until you feel you are really there.  Feel the air smell the scents, touch the ground, and hear whatever sounds are most pleasurable to you in that place.  A sense of calm will soon envelop you, and a new magical world will come to open up before you.  Open your eyes and jot down your impressions and feelings, these notes will help you achieve this sense of calm more quickly the next time you do this exericise.
Spell for love
Traditional Witchcraft spell
From The complete Book of Spells, Ceremonies & Magic
TO ENCHANT A RING, FOR MARRYING
Buy a ring of Common metal,
Plain and narrow, colored gold,
To fit the wedding finger well;
Drop it in a vessel filled
Half with wing and half with water,
Add one adk leaf, one of willow,
Two of bay and two of grass,
And the name of whom you love
Written on a silver paper;
Keep the vessel covered tight
Near a window, in the sun,
From crescent moon until the full-
Then rub the ring and wear it hidden
On a string around your neck;
But never tell the name you seek
Until you take it for your own.
