| A rare and exotic stallion came to the USA in the late 1980's - a stallion of 75% Crabbet breeding (very much NOT in vogue at that time) with a sireline to the great Egyptian stallion Nazeer. This stallion had garnered innumerable Championships Internationally, and was something entirely new for the US judges in the Halter arena. With his glorious swan neck and powerful motion, *Ralvon Elijah, was more horse than our Halter ring was ready for, and *Elijah retired to relative obscurity in the early 90's. Yet - even with limited foal crops - his progeny in the USA and abroad were so outstanding, they left their mark in nearly every competitive arena... from Endurance to Halter, Racing to Working Cowhorse. The *Ralvon Elijah get could do it all. Though few in numbers, his sons and daughters are coveted possessions in nearly every Arabian horse country - from Qatar to Japan. We are honored to continue his rare and precious bloodline here in the United States. |

| Known in Australia as the "Winningest Show Horse in History", Ralvon Pilgrim was a prolific sire... what Khemosabi did here in America, Pilgrim did "Down Under". A gorgeous stallion with incredible movement, Pilgrim won every major show title in Australia, and was the World's First Supreme International Champion. Our horses carry at least one line to Pilgrim, often two or more. |

| A half-brother to Ralvon Pilgrim, Ralvon Nazarene was another Australian National Champion. He was the sire of *Ralvon Elijah, who was out of a Ralvon Pilgrim daughter... so the linebreeding was strong from the start. By carefully pooling this blood with selected outcrosses, Vanguard Arabians has preserved the Ralvon "type" while strengthening the genetic potency. |
