The Dance Soft Brazilian music plays He takes her by the hand Slowly gliding to the center of the room Two bodies begin to sway As the music plays on Their passion for each other grows The aroma of two bodies Begin to intertwine She move in closer To take in all that she is experiencing He pulls her in tighter The two becoming one The music overcomes them Like waves of the open sea Engulfing them Pulling them far into the fantasy N'er had they felt this way As the waves crashed into the shore So their passions collided On that dance floor |
In Her Place As summer moves into fall A cool breeze surrounds her She closes her eyes Letting her mind drift To a place that brings comfort Peace, joy and safety She sees an ever so faint image Of a prince He is in the shadows Just out of her reach She smiles The breeze blows once again As his hand reaches forward To brush her cheek Her hand moves to her face Feeling his touch Then without fear he moves in Closer then e'er before To hold her in his arms AHHHH Now she is in that place |
