Hooked is Ice's first ever recorded record. Hooked remains the rarest of all of Ice's albums, and is essentially an early copy of To The Extreme. However, the album does contain unique versions of songs including "Satisfaction". Approximately 48,000 copies were sold, so this album is virtually impossible to get. If you don't have a copy now you probably won't ever have one. This album has one of Vanilla Ice's best songs "Satisfaction" it one of the few times you hear Ice rapping a Story, and a story about his frustrations obout the oppistite sex no less. Also the origanal "Ice Ice baby" is supireor to the one realeased on "To The Extreme".

Ten million copies were sold in 1990 alone with more than 17 million copies sold by the year 2000. Despite all of the critics, this record has yet to be topped by another hip-hop artist. To The Extreme seems to be everyone's favorite whether they want to admit it or not. The songs Im most inpressed with musically are "Stop That Train","Hooked" and "Go Ill" which have tunes and lyrics that you can not get out of your Head.

Ice's international sophomore album. It is essentially a live version of "To The Extreme " with a few extras from his live performances of the time.Although this album was disliked by many critics it did go Gold. Extremely Live is an excellent collectors item and is treasured by many fans. The highlights of this album is the song "Road to My Riches" which has an AC/DC "Highway To Hell" guitar riff at the start of the song. The only proublem withh this album is that is a live album, I think they should have waited to make a whole new album. It's a great album if you don't have "To the Extreme" id buy it but other than that, well Id still buy i just wouldn't like it as much as if it had a new material.

8.Faith [Rozalla] - 3:56
9.Drop That Zero [Stanley Clarke] - 5:13
10.Get Wit' It - 5:08

Cool As Ice isn't actually an album. This disc is the soundtrack to the movie of the same name, "Cool As Ice." A rather good movie compared to the films of the past with pop stars headlining (Such as Beatles, Monkees, and let us not forget the Spice Girls flick). Unfortunately his popularity was fading by the time this film hit the market and it didn't do well at the box office. The soundtrack contains many popular artists of the early 90's and some classic Vanilla Ice tunes including the title song "Cool as Ice" wich is one of his best by my standerds. Also "The People's Choice" sounds like a free stlye and has a beat not normally used by Ice, and "Get Wit' it" is a great break dancing beat. I think it would be worth while to buy as long as it is'ent more than $20 because there are only 4 songs of the IceMan on it. B

Mind Blowin is Ice's last album released by SBK Records, and remains the rarest of all albums besides Hooked . The songs are a musical variety with samples all compacted into one album. Songs such as "Roll Em Up" and "Now and Forever" gave fans a familiar Ice with a new twist. Many songs off of Mind Blowin are also performed at Ice's current concerts. The album sold close to 45,000 copies before being discontinued when SBK went bankrupt during the production of the record. This record is a Kick Ass Party Album! It is also the best album Vanilla Ice has ever made. It a kinda in between album off his old rap and his new rock rap style.the best songs on it are "Roll em' Up" "Iceman Party" and "I Go Down." its a perfect mix of Hip Hop and Gangsta rap. Its worth buying for what ever price.

"I wanted Hard to Swallow to be the most radio unfriendly, unmainstream record. Why? Because I didn't want people to label it a comeback. I wanted people to understand that this was my therapeutical record" - Vanilla Ice.
Hard to Swallow was exactly that. Ice's newest album, featuring tracks from his Molten Hip Hop Genre, is a change from his earlier Hip Hop records. The gap between releasing records allowed people to forget about his old image and accept his fresh new sounds. Produced by Ross Robinson, Hard to Swallow adds a rap flare to the Rock on the album. While the album only sold around 100,000 copies, the songs are very well received by fans, especially those attending his concerts. This album has more feeling in it's songs then the previous. I also belive is is the best Rock/Rap albums ever. The song "A.D.D" is a very emotinal song and one of Ice's best to date. Its very easy to find you could pick it up at almost any record store in any city, so shop around its worth while having.

This Album is two cds in one Skabz which is the rock portion and Bomb tha System which is rap. Bomb tha System: Its another step up for vanilla Ice in his rap style, every single rap Release gets better. The songs have great beats and interesting lyrics, Most of the songs have a whole new sound to previous Vanilla Ice releases exsept for "Get Your Ass Up" which reminds me of some of the songs off Mind Blowin' but the lyrics are tighter. I also like O.K.S,which has a perfect beat for crusin', "Weed Song", which has a smooth sound, thats perfect for a hot day on the beach, and "Elvis Killled Kennedy" which is about the ill's of socity. So this has everything a rap should have, song about partying, social injustice, bragging about who is the toughest and meanest Gangsta in the hood and about the drugs that make you feel alright. The only song I did'nt like was "insane killas" mainly because I don't like I.C.P. A++ Skabz: The same style as P.O.D whith a little popular Rock sliped in this album will help you vent your rage, and keep your head bubin till the early light. The two songs that stick out on this half of the Cd are "Nothing is Real" which is a fast paced rock thriller which talks about reality. The whole rock side of this cd is about distigushing reality for non-reality and trying to deal with it. The second song that sticks out is "I know" which has an amazing tune and true lyrics about what Ice feels is going on in front of him and behind his back. Other songs that are worth mentening are "Primal Side", and "Exhale" which also has great music and lyrics. The only song I did'nt like was "Mudd Munster" which was to hardcore and all over the place for my tasts. A++
This album fearures many artists like Chuck D., La tha Darkman, ICP, and Billy Milano. Looks like a really good Cd and im going to pick it up as soom as it comes to Canada. I'll also add more to more review then.
