The entire structure was a mere 12x18 feet consisting of a secret lock to open the huge doors, a sagging roof, and a floor that had been created by eighty years of compressed dirt. Scary sounding, but it gets better... for a full day, the workshop was pulled by cables back to it's original position where two additions were tied in, resided, roofed and finished.
The end result? Well- not only did it work, it became 600 square feet of historical living space. We have five rooms inside- bathroom, kitchen with jacuzzi (don't ask!) bedroom, hallway/pantry/office, and the living room.
It has been described as "remember the little house on Pettycoat Junction?"
