This area has been chosen because of the VAST array of hotels offered, and because a central locale is necessary since a block of rooms at one hotel is not going to be done. There are hotels listed that are in cities other than Norfolk. I suggest that you choose a hotel that is 20 minutes or less from the airport, to keep the area where party goers are staying more centralized to assist in transportation.
If there are any party goers that are FLYING into the area for the party, let me know and we can see about someone meeting you at the airport, if that is something you are interested in.
I need to get an RSVP list started so I can get some numbers on the amount of folks that are coming. I would like to get a local club to accommodate us for a central gathering on Saturday, October 16th. In order to do this, I need to get a close to accurate number of folks that are going to, not planning on, but are GOING to be coming to provide to the club management.
